How is this different from hiring a marketing agency?

Agencies mark up execution work, operate on monthly retainers, and typically assign junior staff to the actual work. I work directly with you, scope clearly, and charge for actual work done. No retainers unless it makes sense for ongoing support.

Which tools do you work with?

I work across the major marketing platforms: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Segment, and most major ad platforms. If you use something more niche, I will tell you upfront if it is outside my scope.

What does a typical engagement look like?

It depends on the project. A stack audit is typically a focused one-week engagement. A full automation or CDP implementation runs two to four weeks. Fractional engagements are ongoing, usually a few days per month.

What size companies do you typically work with?
