Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 7, 2026

RYCE LLC (“Ryce Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates rycesolutions.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways:

Information you provide

When you submit a contact form, you voluntarily provide information such as your name, email address, company name, location, and a description of what you’re working on. We only collect what you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, certain data is collected automatically through analytics tools. This may include your general location (country/city), browser type, pages visited, time spent on the Site, and referring URL. This data is aggregated and used to understand how visitors interact with the Site.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or consultation request
  • Follow up on our conversation as needed

We do not add you to any mailing list or newsletter. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Tools

We use the following third-party services to operate the Site:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand Site traffic and usage patterns. Google Analytics collects anonymized data about your visit. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

HubSpot

Contact form submissions are processed through HubSpot. When you submit a form, your information is stored in HubSpot’s CRM so we can follow up with you. HubSpot’s privacy practices are described in their Privacy Policy.

Future tools

We may add additional marketing or analytics tools in the future (such as session recording or communication tools). If we do, we will update this policy to reflect those changes.

4. Cookies

The Site uses cookies — small files stored on your device — to enable analytics and to remember preferences. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect how some features of the Site function. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting at this time.

5. Data Retention

Information submitted through the contact form is retained in HubSpot for as long as is reasonably necessary to follow up on your inquiry or as required by applicable law. Analytics data is retained per the default retention settings of each platform used.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the information we collect. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To make such a request, contact us at hello@rycesolutions.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children’s Privacy

This Site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this Site, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes related to this policy shall be resolved in the courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
